HR Business Partner position in Korat with experience in Employee Relations.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement effective recruitment, retention and development strategies to support business priorities.
• Partner with function leaders to strengthen & building strong business culture.
• Collaborate with global human resource ,regional leadership, centers of excellence, demand management and global enterprise or functional teams for effective resource planning and partner feedback.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in HRBP, L&D, ER/IR.
• English communication is a must.
• Can work at Korat Plant.
