The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will connect with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to guide them through the recruitment process.
Kewajiban
• Ensure an effective and efficient workflow between candidates, hiring managers, interviews and TA resources
• Execute administrative and systems related activities throughout the lifecycle of a requisition
• Take ownership and partner with recruiter to take candidates and hiring managers through a smooth and positive end-to-end experience
• Schedule pre-screening, interviews, background and medical checks
• Support job offer creation on the system and follow up
• Arrange pre-onboarding (data gathering, welcome letter, orientation session support) and coordinate pre-onboarding of new hires with related parties
• Create reports and data analysis in support of recruiter, TA lead and CoE to provide clear status and data input for decision making
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment
• Place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media
• Maintain manual and automated employee records, collect and compile sensitive and confidential employee statistics and prepare reports
• In accordance with procedures, furnish information to authorized persons and/or agencies
• Provide information and guidance to all levels of employees regarding TA policies and procedures
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
• Support special international and local projects, connect with universities for campus recruitment, cooperate with internal and external parties for related administrative payment support
• Other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Minimum 2-5 years in Recruitment/ HR coordinator
• Familiar with some digital Recruitment/ HR application
• Excellence command of English both spoken and written
• Ability to work with expatriate internal clients and overseas HR teams individually
• Computer literacy especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience in Success Factor or related HR applications would be advantage
