Detail posisi

The Report & Budget Controller Specialist will be responsible for managing budget approvals, monitoring budget realization, and preparing monthly reports for management.

Kewajiban

• Approval to the budget, procedures, actual utilization, review yearly budget (preparation, review, & compilation) for the branch
• Approve the results of the analysis related to realization of the monthly budget
• Monitor the realization of the budget in accordance with applicable procedures and standards
• Evaluate and provide approval related to the budget
• Manage changes to BP customer/supplier master data in SAP including approved credit limits
• Prepare monthly reports for management and analysis related to budget and realization
• Monitoring and review promo proposals submitted by the sales department
• Follow up the realization of the budget for the promo proposal that has been submitted and approved

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree from Accounting or Finance
• Experienced as Accounting Supervisor in food and beverage distribution industry
• Fluent in SAP S/4 Hana and Microsoft Excel
• Experienced in Reporting and Budgeting
• Have a strong analytical, problem solving & good communications skill
• Detail Oriented
• Have a good knowledge for Indonesian Taxation
