The Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor is responsible for overseeing payroll processes, employee relations, and organization development.
Kewajiban
• In charge of the full processes of Freshket Payroll
• Coordinate the payment of all employees within the operations and ensuring timely and accurate processes
• A system of maintaining and retrieving employee records is in place which meets the processes needs
• Identify problems based on data and by working with others, improving critical operational metrics
• Be a data driven for Payroll processes
• In charge of the full life cycle employment in terms of onboarding, probation and exit interview processes
• Work closely and effectively with the hiring manager and executives in each designated team to link up and support any the people-related
• Identify any issues with drive-deep into it and come up on the solving suggestion with the best solution
• Initiate and support the team on manpower planning
• In charge of the full Department of Skill Development (DSD) processes and all related to training
• In charge of the full Performance Management System (PMS) and drive performance management reviews with providing guidance
• Develop needs for business and individual coaching needs
• Ensures HR policies are developed consistently applied to all employees
• Ensures that the organization culture and employee relations are supportive of long term business strategies by effective, open two-way communication and feedback
Kualifikasi
• 5-7 years experience in HRBP
• Good problem-solving, analytical skills and team management
• Strong in stakeholder management, drive daily operations and negotiation skills
• Good coordination and facilitation skills
• Able to work independently and work well under pressure
