The Sr. Lawyer International Investment and Corporate Law will ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully to protect the interests of the group.

Kewajiban

• Ensure legal matters and business transactions are conducted lawfully
• Provide legal support on taxation and contracts
• Develop contracts and legal documents
• Process important legal documents accurately
• Eliminate and minimize legal and tax risk exposure

Kualifikasi

• Master of Laws or higher
• 3-5 years experience in legal profession
• Experience in M&A
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
