The Business Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining web platforms, mobile-web applications, and internal productivity tools, as well as collaborating with other teams to improve efficiency and productivity.

Kewajiban

• Build and maintain web platforms, mobile-web applications, and internal productivity tools
• Partner and collaborate with other teams to improve their efficiency and productivity with technology
• Build, maintain, and improve business-critical systems and integrations
• Involve heavily in end-to-end project development, from gathering user insight, planning to release
• Research technical solutions to business problems
• Write user documentation and operational guidelines to ensure the systems built are maintainable long-term

Kualifikasi

• Strong experience in building and maintaining web platforms, mobile-web applications, and internal productivity tools
• Ability to partner and collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency and productivity with technology
• Proficiency in building, maintaining, and improving business-critical systems and integrations
• Experience in end-to-end project development, from gathering user insight, planning to release
• Strong research skills to find technical solutions to business problems
