The Sales Manager (Industrial) will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth within the industrial sector. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the Thailand and regional market.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Manage and lead a team of industrial sales representatives to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's industrial sales portfolio
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with industrial clients to secure profitable deals
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering field
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
