Facility Coordinator position in Batam with a focus on operational processes, client relationships, and facility management.
Kewajiban
• Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues in an expeditious and professional manner.
• Communicate to clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
• Responsible for headcount and performance metrics tracking & reporting.
• Act as primary contact for assigned site’s contractors and vendors.
Kualifikasi
• Compliance with service provision as detailed in the contract.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Financial compliance against BudgetCustomer satisfaction survey rating: must achieve Account Targets.
• Work order closure within agreed timescales.
• Compliance with the Health and Safety responsibilities.
• High Customer Satisfaction rating as measured in regular surveys.
