The Workplace Ambassador will be in charge of the front desk, providing superior customer service and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Kewajiban
• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
• Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
• Assist in the management of all contractors on site
• Assist in financial processes to ensure all requirements are completed
• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with
• Coordinate booking of conference rooms and oversee all incoming deliveries
Kualifikasi
• Graduate in any discipline
• Two to three years’ experience in facilities management or hospitality industry
• Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
• Familiar with occupational safety requirements
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage activities using different systems
