Kewajiban
• Lead ASD approach meeting for FDS profit and loss.
• FDS promotion and sales follow up together with MSMs.
• Product management, application trials and follow-ups.
• Tech. support to MSMs and customers.
• Biz follow-up and promotion.
• Following the Global Management System (HSE and Quality) requirement
Kualifikasi
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years work experience in paper mill(s) in process (and/or equipment).
• Major in paper making process (and/or equipment).
• Good skills of communication/negotiation (CRM).
• Team work requirements.
• Good spoken & written English.
• Good skill of computer application.
• Willing to travel.
• Understanding on Incoterms and payment terms.
• Good oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in MS office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated.
• Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills.
