Detail posisi

Production & Warehouse Manager position requires a candidate with a background in Industrial Engineering/Accounting or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar industry.

Kewajiban

• Design and implement improvements related to Supply Chain policies and procedures
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
• Supervise demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure timely fulfillment
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to schedule and predetermined quantities
• Manage stock levels to minimize production risks and maximize product turnover
• Collaborate actively and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field
• Preferably from the restaurant industry or food manufacturing
• Profound knowledge and experience in sales forecasting, purchasing, planning, warehouse, and logistics
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good leadership skills
