Kewajiban

• Assist in front office operations • Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Learn and apply front office procedures and policies • Assist in training activities for on-the-job trainees • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
