The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing operations program for Levi’s® Retail Division within the Operations function.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage operational expense budgets.
• Develop and implement labor model.
• Support loss prevention program.
• Manage new store openings, remodels and closings.
• Manage external vendor relationships (e.g., Supplies).
• Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field.
• Support corporate/operational initiatives (e.g., Distribution, IT, marketing, legal, HR) by facilitating implementation approach.
• Develop and implement operational training program and approach to share best practices and drive operational improvements in stores.
Kualifikasi
• Degree in Business or Marketing with at least 5 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management.
• Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills.
