Detail posisi

Responsible for enhancing employee experience, internal communications, and employee branding.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement internal strategic programs to enhance employee experience and drive internal communications and employee branding
• Organize forums and events to create employer brand awareness and drive engagement activities
• Plan and manage all management communications messages related to employees
• Maintain positive relationships between employees and the organization, including providing counseling services and maintaining good relationship with employee union
• Maintain a productive work environment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Kualifikasi

• At least 5 years of experience in employee relations/employee experience/corporate communication
• Understanding of Indonesian employee regulation and employment law
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive positive changes
• Proven work experience in managing employee events
