Join L’Oréal as a Business Planner and be part of a dynamic and empowering culture in the beauty industry.

Kewajiban

• Be the Commercial Ambassador and assistant of Commercial Director in Commercial side
• Guarantee the quality of O+O forecast
• Focus on foreseeing risks and opportunities in the business
• Support KAM’s forecast construction
• Build a Promo Library to ensure accurate and updated promo forecasts

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Key Account, Trade Marketing with direct work experience in Omni-Channel (Offline + Online) in FMCG industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Good logical thinking
• Strong in people management, negotiation, and leadership skills
