Bokashi translates to “fermented organic matter” – which for us means reusing waste to develop something useful again out of something typically thrown out. We will continue to cut our teeth on our own LYD Organic grown produce, but build on that with sustainably-supplied dry and fresh products available in bulk or retail – giving our customers the best possible all-in-one experience in store. With the launching of our new cafe & teahouse, our love of Japanese x Indonesian will continue in our selection of fine teas, coffees and ingredients supplying our humble cafe and teahouse upstairs in our first Berawa location. As we expand further we will always focus on what brought us here; quality and locality.

Full-time on-site role for a Web Designer at LYD Group located in the Central Office in the Batu Belig area.

Kewajiban

• Maintaining all websites (LYD Bali Group, La Brisa, La Favela, La Plancha, Bokashi, and more)
• Update menus, events, products, and images on our websites, as well as online mediums
• Create EDM Template and update user lists
• Coordinate with Digital Strategist to blast email campaigns, direct feedback, and evolve the system
• Collaborate with Digital Strategist for Google Analytics (developing reports and feedback)
• Maintaining Google Business accounts
• Manage all Google Workspace for all brands and employees (google accounts entire company)
• Collect relevant Invoices monthly (domain, hosting, google, klaviyo)
• Propose quarterly updates on all websites
• Protect against digital attacks when possible, be available anytime for fast fixes of all sites

Kualifikasi

• Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced / live-event environment
• Reliable and good at hitting deadlines
• Expert knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, Yoast SEO, and woocommerce
• Understanding of custom post types and custom fields (ACF)
• Experience with payment gateways
• Experience with EDM (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo)
• Experience with Google Business, Google Workspace, Google Tag Manager
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing
• Experience in spreadsheets and managing budgets
• Excellent and proven administration skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Displays good problem solving
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient project management skills
• Sound knowledge of marketing, or a desire to learn
