The IT Project Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing requirements for production and project documentation, analyzing business requirements, and providing support to operational and project management teams.

Kewajiban

• Prepare requirements for production and project documentation.
• Work with lead project for Reinsurance Module.
• Analyze business requirements.
• Provide support to operational and responsibility to project management teams.
• Assist in management and processing of data supporting for other modules.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in System Information, Math, Statistic or equivalent
• At least one year experience as Data Analyst, IT PMO or equivalent but fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in handling big database
• Good communication in English, both written & spoken is a must
• Nice to have skills: Power BI, JAVA, MySQL, PHP
