Marketing Specialist position requiring experience in real estate marketing, strong communication skills, and project management abilities.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for market competitor benchmarking, including market research and visits to potential competitors, monitoring and analyzing market data, and providing recommendations to Management.
• Responsible for digital marketing planning and strategy, creating content that aligns with marketing campaigns directed by Management.
• Ensuring Brand Management consistency and compliance throughout all marketing materials and activities.
• Designing standard operating procedures and customer journeys for potential customers in residential and commercial developments.
• Providing documentation on procedures to assist team members in carrying out customer journeys.
• Reviewing documents and materials shared with customers for consistency, including marketing materials, online, admin, and legal documents.
• Overseeing and training customer-facing team practices, setting Company standards for managing customers.
Kualifikasi
• At least 2 or more years of experience in marketing, especially in real estate or property.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and strategies, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Good knowledge in website analytics and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
