Office Administration Staff position involves managing building log tracking, handling front desk activities, clerical duties, logistic arrangements, reception area appearance, administrative work, meeting room management, stock control, invoice payments, and more.
Kewajiban
• Manage the building log tracking of who is entering and exiting the building
• Handling all activities related to screening, greeting, and welcoming guests/visitors as the front face of the office
• Receiving and connecting communication via telephone
• Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages, and mail as required
• Responsible for managing logistic arrangements by coordinating with the messenger and driver
• Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the reception area
Kualifikasi
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as an HR administrator min for a year, is a plus.
• Basic English conversational skill
• Computer literate with programs such as Word Excel, etc.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
