The IT Operation Support position at ParagonCorp involves managing and maintaining the company's IT products and services on-site in Tegal.
Kewajiban
• Provide 1st level support for end users related to incident/request management and problem management.
• Escalate to 2nd level support and follow up properly to maintain the efficiency of incident/request handling.
• Maintain documentation & knowledge-based and shared it with L0.
• Daily Monitor performance metrics (Response Time, Error Rate) and Resource Utilization of IT products/services.
• Escalate to Infra/Solution Architect team when anomaly detected in monitoring.
• Proactively providing initiatives to improve IT product utilization.
Kualifikasi
• Proven experience in IT operations and support.
• Strong knowledge of IT products/services.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
