POP MART is seeking an Accountant to be responsible for the financial affairs of the subsidiary and improve the financial operation system.

Kewajiban

• Be responsible for the financial affairs of the subsidiary, establishing and improving the financial operation system.
• Coordinate with the headquarters to perfect the subsidiary's financial management system, ensuring the legality and orderliness of daily operations.
• Prepare the subsidiary's financial statements and analyses and perform financial management and supervisory functions.
• Be responsible for organizing the subsidiary's tax declarations and system accounting checks, controlling cost accounting, and managing sales accounting.
• Handle the payment of import taxes and duties and manage the company's tax declarations.
• Organize and file the company's invoices and vouchers and handle the accounting of daily expenses for the subsidiary and its business activities in the local area.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales and profit reports for stores/channels.
• Assist on any ad hoc task assigned.

Kualifikasi

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with over 3 years of experience in finance-related roles.
• Familiar with financial, tax, audit, and financial regulations and policies, possessing comprehensive financial management skills, and knowledgeable about international accounting standards.
• Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capability to solve complex problems.
• Proficient in various Office software applications.
