Position: Customer Service Agent
Kewajiban
• Provide customer support and assistance
• Solve problems and ensure quality control
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Work in a team to handle daily truck and cargo bookings
• Undergo 2-3 weeks of classroom training
• Receive regular evaluations and feedback
Kualifikasi
• No minimum or maximum year of working experience
• Minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Fast typing skills
