About this position
The HR Compliance & Industrial Relations Officer will be responsible for handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, investigating and resolving industrial relations issues, and implementing HR policies.
Responsibilities
• Handling complaints,
• Managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
• Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Implementing HR Policy in Business Units, etc
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Law
• Having minimum 2-3 years experiences in Industrial Relations
• Having knowledge of HR policies & procedures
• Having knowledge of employment legislation
• Good problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills
