• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities
• Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met
• Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize product quality and manufacturability
• Implementing agile methodologies and best practices to enhance product development processes
• Working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones
• Continuously analyzing competitive offerings and market dynamics to inform product innovation and updates
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Experience as a product development manager in the electronics industry for at least 3 years
• Willing to be placed in Karangawen, Demak, Central Java
