Performing Administration for Sales & Delivery.

Kewajiban

• Register Incoming Test Sample
• Register COPRO for new order
• Release Work Order to Shop Floor
• Data Entry & maintain database for work order
• Data Entry & maintain database for sales
• Register sales order at SAP
• Create Delivery Note at SAP
• Create BAST to close project with customer
• Manage delivery schedule for courier/driver
• Prepare test report & sample after test to be delivered to customer

Kualifikasi

• SMK Accounting/Administration
• Experienced at the same position would be advantage
• Fast response & good communication skills
• Detailed and Meticulous in organizing data
• Able to quickly learn new skill on the job
