Brand Manager position requiring a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG companies.

Kewajiban

• Analyzing market and consumer insights to understand needs, wants, and aspirations regarding the managed Brand through various activities such as building consumer understanding, planning research, translating market research results into marketing & promotion strategies, uncovering consumer insights, market visits.
• Creating and evaluating marketing strategies periodically.
• Building brand equity to become the consumer's top choice.
• Formulating Brand Architecture.
• Developing business plans and branding activities in line with the Brand Positioning Statement.
• Ensuring the implementation of BTL promotions and evaluating program effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (all majors).
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG companies or related fields preferred.
• GPA minimum of 3.00/4.00.
• Maximum age of 45 years old.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office of PT Bintang Toedjoe, Pulomas, East Jakarta.
