Marketing Supervisor Area (Modern Trade) position requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field, with 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG companies preferred. The candidate must be willing to be placed in various regions in Indonesia and undergo area mutations.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for achieving targets at the branch.
• Developing sales team to achieve individual and team performance.
• Monitoring outlets for stock availability.
• Ensuring product visibility according to set standards in all outlets.
• Supervising all promotion and sales activities in Supermarkets, Hypermarts, Mini Markets, Supermarkets, and others.
• Leading and managing events in the branch area.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG companies preferred.
• Willingness to be placed in various regions in Indonesia and undergo area mutations.
• Possess a valid driving license (Sim A/C).
• Ability to lead a good team.
