Detail posisi

The Purchasing Import Manager is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and negotiating with suppliers.

Kewajiban

• Communicating with suppliers regarding incoming goods and delivery
• Making sure the item purchased is in accordance with the PO and invoice
• Negotiating contract term of agreement and pricing, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Researching, comparing, and following up with vendors or suppliers
• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to minimize cost and maximize effectiveness
• Negotiating and closing orders with the best deals

Kualifikasi

• S1/S2 from reputable university
• At least 3 years working experience as Purchasing & Import Manager, preferably in the Plastic Industry
• Age 28 - 45 years old
• Understanding Mandarin and English Language (Preferably)
• Experienced with Import procedures
