• พิจารณาทำเล และคำนวณผลตอบแทนการลงทุนของการเปิดร้านคาเฟ่อเมซอนที่ PTTOR เป็นเจ้าของ (COCO)
• เจรจาเงื่อนไขการเช่ากับผู้ให้เช่าพื้นที่
• ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
