Detail posisi

TRMP is Tailing and River Management Project. One of Division in PT Freeport Indonesia. This position is to manage the Levee earthworks, ModADA River and Hydraulic works in accordance with the approved plan and objectives, engineering designs, and priorities in order to ensure requirements within the budget and time frame according to company's policies and procedures.

Kewajiban

• Review and report Levee earthworks and ModADA River/Hydraulic programs in order to ensure the adherence to Company standards and regulations.
• Communicate and report levee earthworks and river/hydraulic programs implementations and progress and provide solution or recommendation for any issues in order to ensure the development of program according to the plan.
• Support supervisor and, if required, acts on behalf of supervisor in liaising, communicating, and coordinating with related parties such as SRM, SLD, and Community Relations to mitigate potential disturbance from community in vicinity of Levee and ModADA area to ensure operational activities and projects run smoothly with minimal disruption.
• Communicate, implement, and monitor safety policy and regulation through a regular safety meeting, safety talk, safety inspection, daily check list as to ensure safe working environment and achievement to department targets in safely manner, and in compliance to all company policy and regulations.
• Communicate, organize, and coordinate with subordinates in the implementation of job and tasks through guidance, advice, and direct involvement to ensure the jobs are performed safely, within the timeframe, and with high quality.
• Develop, coach, and motivate subordinate through training to enhance skill, knowledge and capability to support subordinate professional skill and knowledge development to support the department.

Kualifikasi

• S1 degree in civil, mechanical or mining engineering with at least 2 to 3 years of field working experience.
• Analytical skill.
• Strong managerial and supervisory skills.
• Project management skill.
• Knowledge of the field (practical knowledge).
• Communication, human relation, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skill, especially knowledge in AutoCad and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (TOEFL 500).
