Kewajiban

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify and implement IT solutions that support business goals
• Lead the development and execution of a digital roadmap for commercial operations, including CRM systems, Distributor Management System, Sales Automation, data analytics platforms, and mobile applications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment between IT and business objectives.
• Oversee project management for IT initiatives within the Sales and Marketing division, ensuring timely delivery, on scope, on budget and meet ROI.
• Facilitate change management and training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology that can drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.
• Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects that enhance business operations and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of distributor models and modern trade dynamics in the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
