Responsibilities

• Mid term and long term vision planning
• Manage and control overall department standardize operation and improvement
• Budget planning and control ( Manpower, expense, investment)
• Decision making, Coaching , Driving all activities and build up team in organization
• Strong communicate with internal and external to achieve all tasks
• Collaborate, Cooperate with all Policy from top management or other parties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics management or any related field
• 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operation in Electronic or Automotive manufacturing
• SAP system and WMS usage and standard software such as Microsoft , internet
• Managerial skill , Speedy practice , good communication skill, good logical thinking skill
• Be able to work under pressure, high adaptability skill
• Good command of English
• Japanese Language speaking would be advantage
