PT Intera Lestari Polimer, formerly under PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia, is an Indonesian company manufacturing plastic masterbatches and polymer compounds since 1990, which later on in 2009 developed bio-polymer compounds. Monitoring performance, leading a team, and ensuring supplier compliance.

Kewajiban

• Monitor performance against department KPI’s and delivery results
• Manage, lead, schedule, allocate and monitor work of purchasing team members
• Provide buyer level support for the department as needed
• Complete other tasks as needed or directed by management
• Review suppliers for compliance with company’s quality criteria

Kualifikasi

• Min 3 years experience especially in manufacturing or retails
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
• Experience in designing Procurement systems and procedures for Corporate and Business Unit levels
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to problems or involve the necessary people to ensure the problem is properly resolved
• The ability to make sound decisions to successfully integrate objective, opportunities and resources
