Lead and manage quality control processes for tilapia fish production.

Kewajiban

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished products
• Establish and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Fisheries, Biology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of quality control experience in seafood or aquaculture industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles for tilapia fish production
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy
