The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and sharing content, building customer connections, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Kewajiban
• Plan and schedule content across various social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and timely delivery of campaigns
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Monitoring KOL and brand ambassador in terms of social media exposure
• Build relation with landlord
• Monitoring Social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns using tools like social media management platforms
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
• Social Media Admin
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels
• Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain a positive brand image and foster relationships with followers
Kualifikasi
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years as a social media
• Have understanding about basic knowledge content creation and copywriting skills
• Computer Literate (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa)
• Strong in interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-starter, problem solving, and attention to details
• Willing to attend events related to the industry
