Detail posisi

Responsible for facilitating communication between local and foreign employees through translation, as well as assisting with administrative tasks.

Kewajiban

• Assist in effective and efficient communication between local and foreign employees needing translation.
• Translate company documents into Mandarin and vice versa.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding foreign employees' needs.
• Assist foreign employees with administrative work (reports, forms, documents, etc).

Kualifikasi

• Male, aged 20-30 years old.
• Minimum education of High School or D3 from China Literature or any major faculty.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Mandarin language certificate of HSK 5-6 is an advantage.
• Good communication skills to accurately convey information between Mandarin and Indonesian employees.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Must have a driver’s license (SIM A).
• Willing to work overtime and travel.
