The Assessment Specialist is responsible for identifying and assessing employee competency evaluation needs, developing procedures or test tools, carrying out staff assessment processes, generating assessment reports, providing coaching and counseling, and communicating assessment results.

Kewajiban

• Identify and assess employee competency evaluation needs.
• Developing procedures, or test tools to assess staff capability.
• Carry out an end-to-end staff assessment processes.
• Generate individual assessment results reports.
• Capable of providing coaching and counseling to employees.
• Communicate the assessment results to employees and their superiors.

Kualifikasi

• Master Degree in Psychology or Psychologist (Profession),
• Have at least 3 years of experience in talent management, or assessment centers,
• Mastering coaching and counseling and psychological assessment methods,
• Able to carry out center assessment process
• Have good communication and analytical skills
