Starting from an Inspection Department of one of the pioneering companies of the Radiant Group’s businesses with specialization in the field of Non Destructive Testing (NDT) back to the 1970s, Radiant Group began its business activities in Indonesia amidst the booming oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities . Detail posisi

Engineer PLTS responsible for executing and developing Solar Energy projects according to Quality Standards and set deadlines.

Kewajiban

• Execute and develop Solar Energy projects according to Quality Standards and set deadlines.
• Prepare work proposals as requested by Clients.
• Prepare Engineering documents including creating Engineering designs for each project.
• Prepare work plans consisting of work schedules, cost allocations, and the required manpower.
• Control and monitor project budget allocations and work progress to ensure no delays in completion.
• Ensure all necessary materials and equipment can be received according to schedule.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Energy projects.
• Proficient in project management and quality control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
