Sales Manager Contract Logistic
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the contract logistics segment.
• Lead the sales team in identifying and acquiring new clients for contract logistics services.
• Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and client acquisition rates.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management within the contract logistics or supply chain industry, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract logistics services, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
