Medical Support Staff position involves assisting in clinic operations, recruitment, and promotion.

Kewajiban

• Assisting in locating suitable clinic site through surveys & research
• Ensuring compliance with administrative and legal requirements for clinic operation
• Compiling a list of necessary equipment and conducting surveys to determine requirements
• Developing and implementing straightforward operational procedures for the clinic
• Establishing service and administrative systems to facilitate smooth clinic operations
• Aiding in the recruitment process for doctors and other clinic staff
• Engaging in discussions with management at the office and conducting on-site surveys to monitor clinic construction and operation progress
• Supporting clinic promotion through marketing initiatives and engagement in promotional activities

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in hospital service management/medicine/relevant major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience in management clinic or hospital
• Familiar with MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Analytical Skill, Attention to detail, Organization skill, Communication Skill, Team Work & Management
