The Personal Assistant position requires a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, good communication skills, computer proficiency, and fluency in English.
Kewajiban
• Scheduling and managing meetings or meetings conducted both internally and externally
• Making minutes of meetings conducted by the Board of Directors
• Accommodating all activities and needs of the Director
• Preparing letters, presentations, e-mails, announcements and other matters required by management
• Acting as a representative in coordinating with parties related to the Director
• Being responsible for creating, managing, maintaining and storing all forms of documents, such as; correspondence, contracts and other important documents
Kualifikasi
• Minimum education bachelor’s degree all majors (Graduate majoring in secretarial is a plus)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as secretary or personal assistant
• Good correspondence and filing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to operate computer well (especially Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
