Supervisor Training Plant position requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Development Program for factory.

Kewajiban

• Design and deliver effective training programs
• Conduct Training Need Analysis
• Build positive working relationships and collaborate with diverse teams

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Statistic, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Development Program for factory
• Familiarity with Training Need Analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
