Human Capital Manager position at PT. Supertone

Kewajiban

• Responsible for all tasks related to the Human Resources Department (HRD)
• Responsible for recruitment and selection processes, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, employee development, rewards and punishments, BPJS, and handling employee issues
• Coordinate with management to develop solutions related to organizational issues, workflow, HR, rewards & punishments towards business development
• Responsible for company inventory, including new entries, exits, loans to employees, and destruction, with clear documentation, and control of company documents related to legal and assets
• Ensure overall employee work comfort by upholding family and professionalism principles and cleanliness in the work environment
• Maintain good relationships with government and non-government institutions related to HR & GA
• Responsible for organizing company events both locally and nationally

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in law/psychology and 1-3 years of HRGA manager experience
• Proficient in training development, organization, recruitment, talent scoring, IQ & talent
• Pleasant personality, fast worker, detail-oriented
• Enjoy interacting with teams
• Creative, innovative, with high work motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
