The QC Supervisor (Coating Inspector) is responsible for reviewing quality requirements, conducting inspections, and preparing reports for a project.

Kewajiban

• Review quality requirement of project specification and to prepare inspection test plan.
• Review WPS/PQR, welder certificate, welding map, NDT map.
• Verify the mill certificate of incoming material.
• Conduct welder performance test.
• Conduct daily quality control activities.
• Prepare the non-conformance report for the non-acceptable result.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/ metallurgy/ marine engineering.
• Minimal 2 years experience as QC inspector.
• Understand about standards ASME section IX & B31.3.
• Have a certificate ASCOATINDO / CCIP lvl 2.
• Fluent English (oral & written).
