Legal Counsel Manager position requiring Bachelor of Law and 5-8 years of experience in corporate law firms or in-house counsel in FMCG industry.

Kewajiban

• Serves as the legal lead for contract negotiations, including sales, manufacturing, licensing, marketing, and structuring key business initiatives in a manner that helps the business achieve objectives while at the same time protecting legal and tax directives and considerations.
• Coordinates and follows up with internal and external parties as necessary to oversee and drive the agreement process.
• Facilitating in managing legal exposure and mitigating legal risks in business operations of all Group companies in Indonesia.
• Managing Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Managing RUPST.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor of Law from a reputable University.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience at prominent corporate law firms or in-house counsel in FMCG industry.
• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents both in English and Indonesian, hence a high proficiency in English is a must.
• Strong legal knowledge for FMCG Industry and/ or associated legislation, regulations and guidelines, corporate law and analytical skills (both technical and operational aspects), handling commercial contracts, and competition law.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
