The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
• Create and manage social media content calendars that include both original and curated content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful social media campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand's social media presence is optimized
• Develop relationships with key influencers in our industry to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media accounts on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, and etc
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
