Weir Minerals is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects.

Kewajiban

• Manage different complexity and risk concurrent projects involving established protocols.
• Ensure superior quality product is delivered to customers on time and on budget.
• Responsible for actively managing the Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, and Gross Margin expectation for each project.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules encapsulating manufacturing, purchasing, and documentation progress.
• Ensure adequate and consistent project status and progress reporting.
• Facilitate all contract requirements are met in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred and +5 years of experience in heavy Engineering environment and Project Management.
• Exposure and experience with contract/project management within the capital equipment – manufacturing field is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant SAP experience.
• Exposure to industrial/slurry pump packages and hydrotransport solutions.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams.
