The Employee Experience & Communication position involves developing and executing employee relations communications strategies, internal engagement plans, and ensuring content consistency.
Kewajiban
• Develop, execute, and evaluate an employee relations communications strategy, including retention initiatives that promote XL culture
• Develop and deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns
• Responsible for ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy
• Encourage the adoption of relevant social media best practices into the corporate culture
• Serve as project point person on specific segments of employee engagement and communications programs
• Act as the Human Capital communications coordinator for the launch of special programs and events
Kualifikasi
• S1 (Strata 1) in Business Administration or Management
• 3-5 Years of Experience
• Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives
• Assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups
• Identify areas where additional internal associate engagement communication is needed and develop a plan to meet those needs
