The Marketing Manager is responsible for setting KPIs, monitoring results, managing budgets, maintaining relationships, and generating reports.
Kewajiban
• Setting KPIs, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of results in line with assigned KPIs to agencies/vendors.
• Monitoring all Marketing Budget Requests for approval by Marketing/Sales Director until obtaining approval from the President Director, and regularly reporting to the Marketing Director.
• Regularly updating the marketing calendar according to approved activities.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external third parties for the successful implementation of all marketing activities.
• Seeking innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities to contribute to the company's target achievement.
• Generating reports on all marketing activities, analyzing both ATL & BTL activities, and conducting market research analysis.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry or marketing field, preferably in a managerial or equivalent position.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.
• Solid skills in marketing planning and strategy, branding, product development, promotion, sales, and brand management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and measure marketing performance.
