Lead and manage engineering projects for the development of buses and trucks, supervise and mentor a team of engineers, drive the development of new bus and truck models, provide technical guidance and expertise, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with other departments, manage engineering budgets, oversee testing and validation processes.

• Lead and manage engineering projects for the development of buses and trucks.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, including mechanical, electrical, and design specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive the development of new bus and truck models, considering performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure aesthetic and functional aspects align with market demands.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Experienced in automotive industry would be advantage.
• Proven experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
